IE or Firefox?

Currently I use IE 7. My Sunflower looks neat in IE 7 and I like its tags because I can open multiple webpages at once. Yesterday one fellow blogger left me a comment that my Sunflower blog was all messed up in her browser and she recommended me to change to Firefox. So today I downloaded it, but now everything has changed in Firefox and I don't know how to deal with it! I am also not sure if I adjust the layout of my Sunflower blog based on Firefox, will those who still use IE be able to view my Sunflower normally? IE or Firefox? What is your experience or opinion?

Don't worry. The layout of your site is determined by Blogger, not what browser you're using. The reason it looks different is because IE is NOT standards compliant, and does not display modern websites correctly. I only use FF & your blog is laid out fine.

FF is well worth it - make sure you install adblock-plus and you will never see any ads again-you won't recognise the internet!

Mail me if you want more detail on how to install add-ons etc. :-)

I typically use IE, but I always design in IE, Firefox, and multiple other browsers at the same time because I have to make sure everyone can view my site properly.

Your site looks fine in both IE and Firefox.

I'm actually a big fan of Firefox, but my scroll wheel doesn't work with it. So, I'm stuck with IE because I have to be able to scroll up and down the page easily.

Firefox has all the functionality of IE; however, some websites I use (i.e. city map websites) are only compatible with IE, so I usually stick with IE, but I have nothing against Firefox.

Maybe it's just me but my computer always freezes up when using IE. It never happens with FF. FF is my choice of browsers.

I use Firefox. I don't like IE coz there my blog-layout is messed up.
So don't worry, everything okay.

I use IE and your blog looks perfectly fine. I've never tried FF but many attest to its benefits.

Hi Sunflower! I use both IE and FF, honestly some sites work better in one vs. the other. As for design, IE seems to screw my blog up more than FF, but I try to ensure that it's viewable in both. Do note that usually when something goes wonky, it's seems to usually be because of a non-closed tag.

Firefox is WAY better. Anything not made by Microsoft is a worthwhile switch.

I ADORE Firefox and wouldn't go back to using IE anything if you paid me. Your blog looks great in Firefox to me. :)
