Bob loves photography. To involve him with my blogging, every Wednesday I will post one photo from Bob's Album for Wordless Wednesday. Below is a photo Bob took a couple of weeks ago when he had a trip in Smithers, B.C. Canada. This carved wood statue of a man blowing an alpine horn, commonly referred to as The Alpine Man, is located at the entrance to the main street and has become the town symbol.

Looks like a lot of work went into that statue. I bet it was COLD when he took that picture too. There's lots of snow around.

When I saw the picture I thought it was taken in Switzerland ! It's just the alp horns they still use mostly during a festivity. The artist is probably from swiss origin. Again a very good photo !
And how cold it looks too. Brr.
