Happy Chinese New Year!

Today is the first day of Chinese New Year, the Year of the Pig. In Chinese culture, the Pig type is a fun and enlightening personality blessed with patience and understanding. People born under the sign of the Pig enjoy life and all it has to offer, including family and friends. They are honest and thoughtful and expect the same of other people. In Vancouver, there is a Chinese New Year parade at China Town. Google is also celebrating the Year of the Pig :-)

Happy New Year to you too. Wish I could see the parade. I've never been to the one in Chicago but Vancouver's Chinatown is so much nicer anyway.

Exercice #1: I'm back in the year of the pig. Suits me well. Did not see any parades here in Oslo, but I said hello to some real pigs during my sunday walk in the neighbourhood.
