Saturday Photo Hunt #9 - Technology
We had a trip to New York in summer 2005 and visited several museums there. Below is a photo I took of the ceiling of the Guggenheim Museum. It looks like a spider web. I'm always interested in architecture and amazed by human intelligence. We want to fly like birds and we have invented space shuttles. We want to blog and then we have the computer & Internet :-)

What a very cool ceiling - I imagine a lot of technology was used in designing and planning that out.
That's really cool. Its neat that they made an interesting design for the ceiling.

It really does look like a spider web. Even the old buildings, such as the Duomo in Florence, Italy is remarkable. The huge dome .... how they had to invent a method to build it and that it still stands... Today's technology on the other hand seems to be of the disposable variety.
