Two or Three Column Template ?

Recently some bloggers have changed their templates to three column ones. It is more efficient in the use of valuable above-the-fold "real estate". I am thinking of changing my template too. And I want to do it myself. It will be fun, won't it?

'Some bloggers' Who could you mean? ;-)

3 is cool, but don't be tempted to stuff the 2 sidebars with too much extra stuff like ads & links etc., it can look crowded. Two column layouts are easier to keep smart I think.

I changed and I love it!!! It's so easy to change the colors and add page elements. The instructions were mind boggling at first, but I managed to muddle through. Did you upgrade your Mr Linky? If you did, then you should be able to figure out the template, too :)

It seems pretty easy to do. Skittles did hers that way. I, on the other hand don't need it lol. I just blog.

It is fun to do things with your template. I fiddle with mine occasionally.

I like the two columns. In fact I wanted the text column a little wider because the mid-sized Flickr photos weren't fitting unless I resized them. I also felt like the sidebar was larger than it needed to be. As you noticed, I'll be playing with mine a bit. It is nice that the changes are reversible.
Have fun.

I would love to make mine three...seems to utilize more space. But, I'm not that smart. *LOL* Now, maybe I could pay someone to do it for me. heh heh

Have a great day.
